Traditionally known for sporting apparel and merchandise, Fanatics faces the challenge of uniting its diverse audience of teams, leagues, and fans under one cohesive digital ecosystem.

The design challenge is to evolve the brand into a unified, experience-driven platform that celebrates the full fan journey, merchandise, media, and community. All in one place.

Our research revealed that fans crave deeper connection, simplicity, and relevance across their sporting experiences.

Using user insights and a human-centred design process, we evolved the idea into a hyper-personal sports hub that learns from each fan’s personal interactions, to deliver tailored content, products, and community experiences in real time.
