AI driven adaptive UI in support of dynamic UX, within EA environments.
Problem Statement
Users are experiencing difficulty finding relevant EA content due to a lack of personalisation in the search interface. The current experience offers one-size-fits-all results, ignoring individual preferences, prior interactions and user context.
This leads to a disjointed and inefficient search journey, where users are forced to manually filter through unrelated content. The absence of tailored results not only hinders task completion but also diminishes user satisfaction and trust in the system.
Discovery
Through extensive user research, collaboration and discovery, we identified that traditional search methods were falling short in delivering precise, context-aware results. To address these challenges, we implemented Aura’s proprietary AI, enabling the system to dynamically adjust its responses based on real-time data and user interactions. Coupled with an adaptive UI approach that supports a pattern of discovery.
This approach ensures that search results are not only relevant and contextual but also evolve to meet the unique needs of each user, enhancing the overall experience.
Deliver
Through strategic stakeholder engagement and a commitment to iterative design, we successfully transformed our design vision into a tangible, user-centric solution.
With the high level concept in mind, we successfully shipped an MVP solution to The Sims Galley.
